Nice place with pleasant atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great. 5 sharing dishes are generous size so too much for two of us.

Easy going relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff and attentive. Dog & kid friendly. Beer garden's huge, interesting and caters for kids. Very central.
My medium steak was yummy although my family ordered well done stealks which were all well done. They found it chewy and a bit dry. The food was delicious otherwise. Lovely venue. Only drawback would be the flys but its the country in summertime. Recommended.

Just had Sunday roast beef and turkey. Apple crumble for dessert. Shared between two as large portion. Great food. They also have Titanic plum porter on cask. Staff hospitality excellent. Definitely be back.

The chips are amazing!
The staff are so attentive and make sure everyone is seen quick time.

Lovely atmosphere and a nice country feel. For starters I had the nachos and my partner had the fish goujons which he really enjoyed.
For main I had one of the specials which was chicken kiev, unfortunately it was a bit dry which was disappointing however my partner had the mixed grill which he thought was delicious.

Overall, it was a good meal with large portions in a lovely pub with faultless service. We would return and recommend.

I can highly recommend the steak and ale pie at the Plough ! One of the best I've ever had , Also the service was excellent. We were a party of seven , one Vegan and a Gluten intolerant all had a good choice of meals.
