The Charles Street Tap Bar & Kitchen

Lovely bar with a locally unrivaled selection of North American craft beer on tap. Nice friendly irreverent staff. Shows a bit too much football for my taste but each to their own- gotta make a living.
The Mexican food is rather good, as are the burgers. My favourite pint is the Laguanitas, but don't have too many- It's 6.5%.

This modern pub is a stone's throw from Petersfield train station making it a great pit stop on a journey. The decor and furniture is shabby chic, they have games, staff are into what they do, and they play a good mix of rock. Being a "tap," however, it left something to be desired... Although there were several beers to choose from, none were all too impressive to the beer connoisseur. But if you want a cool place to chill with mates and maybe have a bite, its definitely one.of the best options in Petersfield

Took my mum out to dinner on the first night after lockdown 2. It was spotlessly clean, really friendly and attentive staff, and they had a great menu. We had a burger and a pasta dish and they were both delicious - very generous portions too! A really nice experience.

A great venue for eating and drinking. My wife and I had a Roast beef Sunday lunch yesterday 25.10.20, although the meat was plentiful and tender and the roast potatoes were lovely as was the cauliflower cheese, unfortunately they let themselves down serving the meal on cold plates (?) and being a bit mean on the gravy (although we did get some more albeit not a lot more) and the carrot and cabbage were a bit sparse as well. Plus, we are in/under Covid restrictions and therefore table service only, but the staff were not very attentive. For that reason no tip was left & they have been marked down.

My favourite pub in Petersfield. Really lovely vibe every time I've been. Lots of live music, good selection of drinks and friendly service, what more do you need from a pub!? Oh they have a good selection of food to boot!

Nice enough place, great beer selection. To be fair only use it as a pit stop before watching football further south but will need to find a different venue now as they've stopped showing the sport.

We had a chicken, bacon and leek pie tonight and it was really delicious! The size and the filling was generous and tasty and pastry was excellent. Will definitely be ordering again.
