The Funky End

I feel a bit old to go here especially as I remember it as the South western. However the youngsters in the family have only positive things to say about it. I ventured in here for help last winter on a late dark evening. There were no taxis on the rank and my phone had gone flat. They rang one for me and let me wait inside until it came. So deserve 5 stars for that alone.

Just a minute walk from the bus and train stations. Good to have a cuppa and keep warm, if you're waiting for your next transport.

Nice clean venue. But very cosy. Staff at tge bar worked quickly. My biggest complaint is that they offer cocktails but they are the horrible ready made in the carton kind. I had the worst and weakest mojito ever!

Toilets were clean though and had plenty of toilet paper

Friendly atmosphere, live music and open mic nights, just a minutes walk from the bus and train station.

Say what you want. It's my second living room and so if you disagree it's a slight to myself.

An alternative venue in Aldershot. Close
to the bus & train station. Younger, trendier clientele. Okay for a drink, Worth checking out.

Very nice pub with friendly staff.
