Angels Wine Tower Bar

The staff at the bar are incredibly friendly and helpful. Giuseppe and Davide made great drinks and had wonderful recommendations for local attractions. Francesca was the manager and duty; she was very helpful and attentive always making sure everyone was taken care of. Cristina worked the second night we were there and was very attentive to bus tables and deliver drinks one after another. We never sat with empty drinks in front of all. All were wonderful at recommending drinks suggestions as well.

They were a nice breath of fresh air after spending the day running around London!

There is hidden service charge. About this, no one notify you via menu or verbally.

What can I say..... The service pretty much non existent.
Asked to order, again and again and again...etc
Every time the answer was, my colleague will be with you shortly.
20 mins later and after complaining. The person playing with the till gives up and decides to take the order.

Looking around 7 empty tables and all the other tables had received their food.

5 members of staff walking around aimlessly, just wow.

Next time it's the Hilton for me.

Absolutely flavourless food. Two of us had pasta, with no flavour. Our son had a burger. The only flavour in that was the sauce. Very overpriced and not great service. I would suggest stopping to eat before you get here.

Nice bar, had potato gnocchi ( taste good) . Service is fast enough, normal prices, nice ambiance. Few minutes walk from main Terminal. Left satisfied.

Impressive wine tower; service average.
Cocktails very poor and expensive; other products good.
Vegan offering very poor.
