Missoula

Had the risotto paid extra for super dry over cooked chicken someone on another table had cold rice and the staff was soooooo moody! One girl looked as miserable as sin! Have been told it's normally nice but I won't risk it again!

Terrible bar staff, watered down drinks, bouncers with an attitude, and music so loud there is no chance of any conversation. Management seem to think the louder you play the music the better the venue is, so outdated. Dont go there!

Missoula is a nice place to visit with friends on a night out or with family in the early evening. The food and drinks are really good and reasonably priced, and there are regular promotions on drinks such as 2 for 1. The staff are friendly, but the service could be faster.

Note this review is based on a single breakfast experience. However, there is no excuse for a barista to not know what a ristretto is. The English breakfast is famous, as far as I've been told, for its beans, eggs and bacon. Bacon, not ham! which is what Missoula offers, unfortunately (altho the menu says bacon). Those canned beans did not help, either, with an obvious taste of sugar.
Edit : forgot to mention the coffee was not hot. That's a no no.

Current offer of two set meals for £9.99 is pretty nice and the quality is pretty good. Quiet-ish area in the corner, rest of the bar slightly more lively. Took a while to receive or food but it was worth waiting for.

Whatever the reason, I was treated differently to other people at the bar. I'm middle aged and dressed smart/casual so not sure of the issue but the staff members attitude means I will never go again. This was on a Tuesday at 14:00 so not a bust Fri or Sat evening.

The food was lukewarm and it took 40 minutes to arrive, had different experiences here some very good, some poor as staff have argued with me in the past and food was so burnt once, it was agreed not even the staff would eat it, so why serve it. At the moment, too long a wait for good quality food but as stated lukewarm at best. Let me make this quiet clear, it has gone downhill again, needs to improve thank you.

Great food deals two meals for £8.99. The cheeseburger is REALLY good well presented too and also 2 for 1 desserts
