Great food, really good service and wow, the cocktails.

Beef short ribs cooked to perfection and fish and chips. Well you can tell a good pub when the simple things amaze.

Gutted London is going to tier 3 as they have just opened but will 100% be supporting and calling it our local. Welcome to East Dulwich.

Disappointing.... turned up there this evening with two friends for a birthday meal Wednesday 16th March having booked on the web site and they were CLOSED. No notice on the door to say why, someone sat inside and wouldn't come to the door to give explanation. My email was on the booking and so to was my phone number so no excuses really. Wont' be bothering to go back.

A joyless experience. The food was very poor indeed. We had pizza and a veggie burger. The pizza dough was clearly rolled out with a rolling pin (crusts were completely flat) and topped with cheap ingredients- grated cheese. The burger was insipid, unlovingly prepared with no sauce or toppings on the veggie burger - with just some limp iceburg lettuce and tomato. It feels like the place has run into some kind of trouble as it looked from the outside that half was shut. It was very disappointing.

Definitely my favourite pub in Dulwich. The loveliest staff, great drinks (even their cold coffee is stellar) and food. Price quality is the best in the area. Overall great environment, not rowdy and always really fun, so we keep coming back!

Just moved into the area and tried this place. Sadly won’t be returning. Cheap croissants and 25 min wait on coffee and only 3 tables. Upon trying to order the full English I asked for some items to be removed to make it veggie but was told the chef said it wasn’t possible. I felt sorry for the young lady serving us, clearly the chef isn’t helpful. Another lady did apologise for the wait. Giving it a low score it was poor hospitality

We love this place. Great food, great service. Easily the best pub in East Dulwich. Hidden Gem, make sure you go before it gets too busy
