What the hell has happened to this place?! I've been visiting Dalston on and off for around three years now and have always been a fan of this neighborhood for pubs and clubs.Visions started off being a legitimately trendy place to go that had nice vibes and a relaxed atmosphere. While the music is still good (well most of it at least) , the security are actually told to solely let in large groups of girls and turn men away who aren't accompanied by enough women. Men who just want to go in with other male friends are immediately turned away, no questions asked. This is not what Dalston is about, surely. These kinda rules make me think of my university years when I used to go to crappy tacky OCEANA and the security was very strict on keeping the quantity of men down. Even if you are meeting more girls inside. the fact that you turn up as a male group (or even a group that consists mostly of men) means you will be denied entrance. This place is getting far too cocky and I feel it's time us Londoners found another place to go, (I certainly will). The place is not up to scratch and certainly doesn't have the qualities to own such high ticket prices and overly strict security rules. Please someone open something better, so sick of having to put up with crap like this just so I can carry on the night in North London. I feel us Londoners are just settling for this sort of thing because it's and easy choice or a popular location. let's up the game a little. Do we really need the sexist and discriminate attitude taking over the streets of North London? Dalston used to have character, let's keep it that way.

There was at least 12 of us in a group, we didn't have much problems getting in. We actually made the party get started, it was dead before we got in there. The music was a good mix of hip hop, r & b and rap that I actually enjoy. The drinks were way cheaper than what I'm used to in New York. I was also so glad they had fireball.
Overall it was a great last night out in London. The only problem I had was the sign is very small so if it's your first time showing up you're going to think you put in the wrong address.

Bar staff is sweet and friendly, coat check guy actually smiles, for a change. DJs are banging and security made me feel actually safe instead of uneasy like in so many places. Packed until super late.

Great place and banging music...ruined by rude doorstaff. If you can get in you're in for a great night. IF you can get in. If you're a guy come with a girl, and make sure you apply for the guestlist on their Facebook. Even if you have, prepare to be harassed anyway.

Atmosphere once downstairs is good...People seem to bring good vibes never witnessed violence here. Can become quite hot though and fire alarm constantly goes off because of the amount of body heat. Music is 8/10 could be better with a lot more of the latest songs but on the plus again drinks are good and good pricing wise also.

Cant believe i accepted this place as a viable 'club' to go to. Feel mugged off. I guess you can open up any basement in relevant 'cool' areas on London and expect a name and reputation to build accordingly. I guess the next generation of potential mugs can fall for this shnitzelhole

As we turned up today I nicely asked the bouncer one question and he was extremely rude to me, refused to make eye contact or even look at me and told me to “ask the white guy”. I have never experienced an attitude like that from a bouncer and he came across very racist. I will never step foot in that place again. There is also a number of signs warning about sexual harassment so keep away girls. I cannot believe a public bar would employ rude bouncers as the face of the bar, as the reviews seem To mostly comment on the rude as staff.

Me and my friends got kicked out this club after a guy became violent towards my friend because she accidentally stepped backwards on him on the dance floor. Bouncers unbelievably rude. The guy who had been violent left inside enjoying his night, we were kicked out onto the street. Avoid.
