Small and quaint pub with a very personal touch. The owner is really nice and friendly. Watched the rugby quarter finals there today and he provided free hot drinks and bacon sandwiches for all. Very nice touch and will definitely visit the pub again. Highly recommended!

Great local traditional pub. Great landlord and staff. Small courtyard garden with outdoor seating. Couldn't ask for a better local pub.in normal times there is not better place for a few pints while watching the sports or catching up with friends for a chat. This is what pu s should be like.

I visited this wonderful little gem of a pub in north london last week, and what an experience it was, it was during royal ascot week, where 3 of the local punters where all dressed up in their top hat and tails after returning from ascot loaded with the queens shillings, then the Euro football game between England and Scotland started, the atmosphere was electric with fun and laughter taking centre stage, awesome evening and I can't wait to visit the dog n duck on my next visit to London and finally what wonderful staff behind the bar with Nikki, Elaine and Sam joining in the fun and keeping everyone supplied with top notch service. Can't wait for my next trip to London, a must of a visit.

Nice friendly pub with good real ales. Beer garden if warm enough.
