Frankie's Wine Bar - Hornchurch

Appalling… waited for what felt like forever to be served. I felt the bar manager was rude when I tried to talk to them about the lack of service. On the night I can there was a really lovely lady who worked on the door as security. She was very friendly and helpful. Really made us feel comfortable.

Had my baby shower at Frankies a couple of weeks back. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone enjoyed a lovely afternoon. Would highly recommend hiring this venue for these sorts of occasions ❤️ Thank you Frankies

Well mannered staff that cater to ur needs nice little night out especially if ur not into travelling too far in to London and just want a good night definitely the place to go good atmosphere too xx

Went there Sunday night for a drink with my family I was dancing having a good time until the the bar manager was rude and in my face telling me to leave shouting embarrassing me shouting I am the manager you listen to me find this behaviour inappropriate however the security was good also professional during this ordeal

Great little find this, we hired it for event, the staff and venue were spot on.

Had to leave waited 20 minutes to get served and the place was pretty much empty staff just couldn’t be bothered no wonder most people go to the vertigo

I highly recommend Frankie's bar! The staff were incredible and our daughter's Christening ran smoothly thanks to Tia and all her help with setting up the venue for us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
