As an online customer of Beer Hawk from East Yorkshire I was very keen on visiting the South Bank Beer Hawk pub whilst visiting my sister in London. It was well worth the trip out, we arrived just after midday and had a couple of rounds and some toasties - all fantastic. The staff were extremely warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If we were child free we would have stayed longer and sampled some more beers. Thank you guys - we will definitely be returning next time we're in London.

A great tap room just off the Riverside walk. Huge range of beers available (around 12 taps i think) and friendly helpful staff. They used to have a lot of canned and bottled craft beers too but this has been greatly reduced, they also no longer stock home brew kits and items in this bar but they are still available online. Food options limited to crisps etc so not the place if your also looking for a meal.

Great selection of beers, nice atmosphere, lovely staff. I like coming here because they always have an interesting sour beer on the menu. Beers on tap rotate quite often so there's always something new to try. A selection of snacks (crisps and nuts) are available. Quiz night on Tuesday evenings. Outdoor seating is nice in the summer. We like to sit outside and get something from Honi Poke opposite to accompany our drinks. They also have a refrigerator with beers you can takeaway. Hidden gem.

Decent craft beer, can be a sun trap for a brief moment in the evening. Quiz on Tuesday is entertaining too. Spotty phone reception (the WiFi sucks) and prices are a little punchy though

Small and cozy place. Discovered it while looking for a pub after an afternoon at the Tate, the fact that it wasn't crowded lead my decision to enter there. No regrets. The cider was delicious, the Black London beer not that much.
It has a quiz pub for 2£ !

Have attempted 4 times to return 24 empty kegs, Yodel their preferred carrier turned up and said that there was not enough room to fit in his van, he said he would return, then 3 more times I had to request a collection all of which failed as they never collected. Re labelled them to drop off zone, they said that the boxes were too big and refused to take them, so I asked Beerhawk what could they do, and their response was zero. If you want to remove the hassle of returning empty kegs then change your machine to Beerwulf all their kegs are disposable and are 8 litre for the same price as Beerhawks 6. Appalling customer service.

The beer is excellent when you can actually order one you like - they have major lack of stock issues!!! Their 'Live chat' portal is absolutely terrible and useless - and I always think a company does not have confidence in fulfilling customer satisfaction when they do not have a telephone number to contact them.

22 days ago I purchased a Perfect Draft machine (refurbished) along with keg. Machine didn't work, after numerous emails and advice to try another keg I purchased two more. Same thing machine wouldn't work. Yodel collected the machine on the basis they would take away and replace. Yodel collected and as yet have not delivered. Numerous emails have been sent to Beerhawk and as yet I have not received any form of response other than sorry for the delay. It has become plainly clear that Beerhawk do not care at all once they have your money! They've got my money and I have nothing! Trading Standards have been informed of the selling items not fit for purpose, Philipps have also been made aware. Avoid Beerhawk at all costs
