The Cocktail Club Bristol Corn

Thank you for ruining my leaving drinks!

I booked at your Bristol Corn Street bar to host my leaving drinks. I made this booking on the basis you advertised it with 241 drinks for the length of the booking. We arrived at 7:30 for a 2 hour booking and were told by a very obnoxious and rude member of staff that the offer would not be honoured despite me providing email confirmation of the offer and the booking.

The only reason I booked with you and not a competitor was for the 241 offer. I did not want it all night as that would be unreasonable. I wanted it for the length of the booking as advertised.

Suffice to say I was extremely disappointed and upset that a spanner was thrown into the works and I was talked to so appallingly by your staff. This was a very big night for me and the memory has been tarnished by how I was treated.

Would not recommend and will not be coming back

Highly recommend this place for any occasion. Went for a few after work drinks this evening. The cocktail were insanely good and the service was top notch. Big shout out to the host Simon Brown, he made it a great experience

If you like extremely noisy, crowded venues with crushed glass underfoot and the additional stickiness of the floor....along with semi clad bar staff then this is the venue for you. Cocktails were poor and tasted pre made. Signs of happy hour with unconscious youngster at the entrance lying in a pool of vomit should have made us turn tail. The toilets also were strewn with and stank of vomit. The pictures on the website are deceiving. Definitely won't be returning.

Love this place! Went there for a works night out recently and had such a great night. Swinging lights, lush cocktails and awesome music. The bar staff there are all so cool as well and all look like they love their jobs ☺️

Went there for a Christmas do, and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful - very knowledgeable with the cocktails too. Got to say one of the best Xmas experiences I've had in a long time. Well done and keep it up!

The cocktail making class was amazing fun! Masterfully lead by Ash and Evie! If you're looking for a fun start to a night out then this is the perfect way to get warmed up!

Staff are shocking here,
I asked to order a separate drink from my mates because I can't drink coca cola for medical reasons and was asked well why not...... I shouldn't have to explain why! Then I was told they didn't understand what I was asking for so I went to the bar and no one would serve me!
Bar staff swing the lamp shades about at the bar.... Fair enough
But when it nearly hit my mate in the head he stopped it. Bar staff swung it at him. He stopped it while trying to order so it didn't hit him. Same bar staff did it again..... Seems like a poor staff attitude!

Not at all classy, expensive, poor customer service and the area we were seated in smelt of vomit, would not recommend this place. The bar staff seemed like a bunch of students swinging lamp shades around and our christmas booking was not at all what we'd been expecting. There are many many better cocktail bars in Bristol!
