Woodies Bar at the Woodside

Excellent local community bar open on Friday and Saturday evenings with a Friday morning coffee shop. The only place in Bolnore to meet--well other than the Coop and the school gate--Denise, Ali and Phil behind the bar are great fun and there probably aren't many community bars with such a brilliant range of wine and beers with two or three different proseccos and 5-6 bitters including Dark Star Hophead--all at below pub prices. The monthly quiz night is very original and extremely popular and gourmet burgers available once a week courtesy of Flip are highly recommended.

A great place for a good pint. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Quiz nights are popular and we usually get a take away delivered there too - unless there's a burger night on, even better!
