Really lovely little quant pub. Dog friendly. Pool table and friendly bar staff
They seemed welcoming too. Not expensive considering it's right by the canal
Well 3 mins walk maximum. Well worth it

Haven't been in here for 25 years plus, what a pleasure it was, proper old pub how it should be. One barmaid doing everything by herself serving accepting a delivery conversing with customers.
But the best of all Draught Bass £3 a pint and exerlent it was, next a wide selection cobs £1 each fresh and tasty brilliant.
