Great atmosphere in this intimate location. From the smartly dressed staff to the quality decor, a real gem to be found in Goring.

The manager, Steven and his staff were extremely friendly and attentive to each and every customer as well as being knowledgeable about their menu.

Definitely one of the top bars in Worthing, one that we shall be returning to on a regular basis.

Great service, nice beers, given tasters without having to ask. Staff knowledgeable, really friendly and noticed when you needed another drink. Lovely gem of a bar. They have wine and spirits too.

Unfortunately the elephant in the room showed blatant discrimination against a vulnerable person I actually told the owner that I felt awkward about coming into the venue for the first time as a new resident to Worthing. One evening I came with my friend with my therapy dog which has been given to me to make me feel safe as a vulnerable person who actually lacks a lot of confidence… so when I ride with my dog who was wearing a harness which actually said the word therapy dog I was told by one member of staff that I couldn’t bring my dog in I told him very politely but my dog is a therapy dog and he refused to acknowledge the fact and still refused to let me enter which was very intimidating upsetting and quite frankly unacceptable and unnecessary behaviour towards myself… I wrote a note and gave it to them the next day explaining my thought there was no response and I will never be going back shame on you I’m a campaign for vulnerable people and this is the sort of behaviour that is totally unacceptable and unnecessary think twice and show more respect towards vulnerable people and treat people the way you would like to be treated!

Avoid if you use cash, would even take contactless payments. If we allow businesses to dictate and ban cash we will lose cash for good! So I'm taking my cash elsewhere.

First time in there was nice + first time 2 drink swidish cider

Have updated my review after my last visit , service was good and the beer selection is varied and of good quality. have upped to 5 stars.

Popped in here with my husband after a visit to The Farmers Market for a drink before heading home. Steve made us so welcome that we stayed for 6 hours. Lovely place. so friendly. And the loos are spotless which is always a plus in my book 👍🏻

Overheard a member of staff saying they thought they were COVID positive but couldn't afford not to be on shift - not the employee's fault but this is really poor management and putting everyone else at risk. Shame to see staff in these situations which ultimately put customers at risk too.
