What a fantastic place! Great beers, great gins, especially the "experiments". Lovely bar staff, really friendly. Definitely recommend.

I love a good beer and this place really hits the spot, a superb selection of ales and lagers from all over...certainly a place to sample new varieties.

Highly unethical owners, offer potential staff some hours, ask them to stay on an extra hour, they get compliments from customers and other staff members - then the owners email to say you have been unsuccessful, declare that it was a trial (no mention of this before) and refuse to pay for the work done on the back of a pack of lies they provide as feedback. Outright theft, if this is how they treat possible staff then you can imagine how happy they are to fleece their customers. People like this should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid this place like the plague

A lovely place to go for a drink. Gin ,cocktail's and craft beer's. Very knowledgeable staff. If you are not sure about which beer to have they will let you try a small sample. Also this bar is dog friendly. Always clean and tidy. Empty glasses collected regularly so to keep it looking good. Highly recommend.

Very nice bar. Nice selection of drinks including the locally produced (by the owners) Castle gin. Nice atmosphere, welcoming staff and dog friendly too. Highly recommended

Lovely atmosphere. Great knowledgable staff and beautifully done. The mulled gin was very tasty and even better as it was 2 for 1. I could even take my dog in with me. Perfect

Disappointed to find that although they're tagged as being dog friendly everywhere they wouldn't permit me and my dog into the beer garden (where it's most covid safe too!) as the gate to their outdoor space was 'broken'? It was pretty clear that they just didn't want to open the back space. Shame.
