A lot of work has gone into all the decorating, well done, l think it needs a few more lights behind the bar, and when the food starts up again l think all the hard work will pay off

Visit from out-of-towners :)

We had a lovely time visiting The Shack. If you can’t find it - persevere! It’s a bit of a maze.

It’s a nice venue, lovely punters and a very friendly bar lady. It’s open ‘at discretion’ during the opening hours, so definitely knock on and see if they’re open. Nice cheap drinks, and some sarnies and snacks - with cooked food on a Friday PM.

Only £1 entry for non-members or £7.50 for a year’s membership! So worth a visit! We’ll be back when we visit again.

Members only bar, with substantial facilities. Bar games such as darts, pool and skittles are well catered for. Really good prices and excellent staff and snacks when available.

Amazing personality and very welcome for birthday parties
