Great selection of beers and reasonable prices. Wierd set up tho as if you're buying beer for you and wine for your partner you have to order and pay at different bars which are on 2 different floors. Small menu and the chips were amazing

Amazing, what a find. Right in the middle of town, but hidden away. Sublime beverages, free jukebox full of classics & the staff are lovely. Highly recommended if you like ales, cask, keg & bottles alike. Will be back! 👌🏻

This was a surprise to me,a massive super cool looking dedicated Belgian beer bar. Biggest selection of Belgian beers I've seen for a long time. Draft selection was fantastic too. A touch on the expensive side but it's to be expected given how hard it must be to import stuff post brexit

Great Belgium beer bar. Love the laid back atmosphere very knowledgeable staff as well. A bit tricky to find but well worth the effort. As a lover of Belgium beer one of my favourite bars in Chester

Good range of cask and bottled beers. Diabolical prices - Duvel £7.25 buy in Tesco £2.00. Can’t believe their wholesale buy in price is more than this. That’s some mark up.

Great ale bar upstairs. Craft , bottles and four cask ales. Great ambience. Very quirky. See photos.

Within & the floor above Paysan…. Brilliant range of rare beers, try to call in as often as we are in town, nice chilled out atmosphere, good music, decor and friendly knowledgeable staff to help you make your choice.

Nice quirky bar selling a great selection of belgian beers. A little difficult to find but once your in its very nice place with a great atmosphere. Could do with being a bit brighter inside as it was a bit dark to see all the different beers on offer. Would still go back no problem at all as I love all the different drinks on offer.
