If you're going to sit outside it is a lovely place, and the food is really cheap with good qlty. The waitresses were lovely too, very friendly.
BUT, if you're planning to go after 5 for drinks in the bar don't even bother. Speaking to the woman that seems to be the bar manager is like speaking to a sour cabbage. Bad vibes inside.

My granddaughter was in a VIP section,Friday night August 19th,,she popped outside for 10 mins, when she came back someone had pinched her coat, bank cards, keys,other stuff gone.Reported it and they were going to check CCTV. Tried phoning all day Saturday, number not recognised, so went there Saturday night, nothing,,the attitude on the bouncers was,"this is Newport what do you expect " You pay extra for it,should have someone there to keep people out,,so people don't pay to go therr they let anyone in there and your stuff is not safe I shall be taking it further

Daughter booked a table over the phone for this afternoon and was asked for a £10 deposit. She was told and also received an email confirming the £10 would be used as credit for bar tab. When she asked the guy working there today he told her thats not a thing they do, basically you have stolen money from her. How many times have you done this? Will be looking into this further. Would not recommend this place

I posted last Sunday the 1st of August on just eats site after a shocking attempt to order Sunday lunch from this place. The post has been removed!!
After being promised a full refund by Kyle the “manager”, a week later still no sign of the refund.
I have to say that based on their lack of customer service or communication skills, I am not surprised.
£22 for a meal that was 3 hours late and disgusting.

Ordered a Sunday Roast, with extra 3 meats. When it came there was no gravy or mint sauce, and instead of the extra 3 meats, there was a dry chicken breast. The delivery girl said that gravy and mint sauce would be sent out immediately. I waited a hour and nothing. I've tried phoning the number given several times but no answer. I've also tried contacting them via the contact page. It seems that the don't care and I paid £15 for a dry mediocre dinner. What a shambles.

Awful experience from the start. The bar maid with the blue in her hair couldn't be bothered and had a bad attitude. Advertised the europa league final on a board outside and refused to put the commentary on. As a result lost what would of been a night full of custom.

Grim. The place looks like someone decided to start decorating, then gave up half way through. Service was poor, it shouldn't take over 40mins for drinks to arrive. Staff and bouncers clearly not enforcing Covid rules.
