What a great tap room. Plenty of quality beers to choose from with knowledgeable and helpful staff to help you find a beer to suit your acquired taste. Their own brews are particularly of high quality. I have friends and family that think exactly the same, highly recommended. Keep up the good work chaps!

Without doubt, the best pub around. The beer they brew on site is phenomenal. The guest beer selection is always wonderful. The bar staff and owners are incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

Nipped in for a pint, I asked for a recommendation for something sessionable. I was served with the aptly named 'take it easy' which is one of their own brews. Probably the nicest pint of Ipa I have ever had. Delicious. Very friendly and knowledgeable bar staff and located on the same road I live on. Winner winner.

This place is amazing. Great atmosphere, very intelligent staff. Best place in North Wales to drink craft ale

First time visiting whilst on holiday, will be popping in again before we go home.
Excellent brewery tap, brilliant first time sour by them and the pale on cask is very drinkable. Hopefully they find their way to Yorkshire.

Whilst in area called in following rave reviews on Google.
Could not have been greeted with a more friendly welcome! Excellent cask & craft beer choice, really enjoyed the pint tried although due to other commitments could not stay longer and try the other casks, but will be back. Very impressed to see a running club using bar as it's base on return from a run a pint well deserved!

What a great little spot. Microbrewery tap house with fantastic beers - mostly innovative craft ales (of a variety of styles), but also a few more traditional offerings on cask. Well worth a visit. Small garden out back, a couple of tables out front, and very friendly and warm welcome within.

I think the beers probably change frequently, and I know I'll be back as soon as I can to try a few more.

The Black Cloak is simply a must-visit for any beer fans in North Wales. Top stuff.
