Welsh Sisters at Manchester House

Visited September, during the COVID-19 outbreak that paralysed the World!
As a healthcare professional working most of the lockdown I was so looking forward to my break and New Quay was just the tonic I needed.
Welsh Sisters shop was a great find at the top of the village, near CostCutter and the Social Club.
Very friendly welcome and knowledgable assistant (one of the Sisters?! She looked very like the picture.) Gin tasters with compostable cups and social distancing.
The gin was sublime, I bought two bottles!

I’ve fallen completely in love with this place! The branding and stories behind the gin are so enchanting - and taste fantastic. My partner - who hates gin - actually liked one of theirs, so that’s high praise! They have other bits in the shop that are made by what I can assume are local artists, too. Beautiful little shop & well worth popping in! I’ll definitely be ordering online in the future!

Popped in for a spontaneous gin tasting and a chat with the lovely Tracey. Local artisan gin, tastes fantastic, highly recommended.
