Absolutely the best beer you have ever tasted. The welcome you get from behind the bar is warm and heartfelt. The barman had great knowledge of the ales on sale and gave us a small taste to help us decide what to have. Absolutely fantastic beer and by far the best pub in Aberdare. If you love craft ale you must pay them a visit...'Your mouth will love you for the rest of your life!'

A good place to relax and enjoy select ales by Grey Trees. Lovely deco inside with inside and outside seating. A fully established brewey quarter in the heart of Aberdare.

Excellent establishment for real ales, which is brewed by the owner(the brewery is a few miles away), which have all won numerous and prestigious awards.
Also stock craft ales CASK/KEG and ciders and wines/spirits etc.
However, the premises close at 2100,with last orders at 2030.

The beer and ambience are superb. Valley Pilsner and Drummer Boy are personal favourites.

Aberdare is genuinely lucky to have an independent brewery outlet like this, and a lot of time and effort has gone into making it a very comfortable place to have a pint.

Lovely range of good ales. Good social distancing and friendly staff. I wish they would serve coffee though, I get fed up with soft drinks when being the designated driver.
