unprofessional and rude

where to start... Under these circumstances the hour wait was understood but the staff outside supervising was so rude. After finally getting into this club we had to ask after 10 minuets for our table to be cleaned! NO one way system everything was over crowded seemed to cram so many tables and chairs in to make more money over saftey.
This should of been done before we got seated expecially in these times. A our table we then had to wait 45 minuets for a drink and when we got up after 30 mins to tell the staff we had still not been given table service I got asked so rude to return to my table by the girls at the bar and other memebers of staff when i was polietly trying to explain.
Worst off my partner got grabbed by the arm by one of the security and pushed into a group of lads when the bar was closing, this was a unprovoked attack and security had no reason to grab my partner as he was waiting at the bottom of the stairs for me whilst i was going to the toilet. Overall experience was rubbish, security would rather chat up the girls then take questions seriously, using SIA unreasonably!

I liked the hobbit hole but the music was obnoxiously loud. Some drunken individual insulted me without provocation so I’m giving 2 stars instead of 3. Not awful.

Overall not bad, the cocktails were nice albeit a little expensive, however there was a large selection. Honestly I didn't really enjoy the music, but that's probably just personal taste. I won't be rushing back, but if you're looking for drinks in a fun surrounding then I'd definitely recommend

Music was brilliant, as was the vibe in there. Just a shame that it looked like Michael J Fox was in charge of pouring the drinks. I was served an absolute monstrosity of a pint that resembled apple juice. No head, no bubbles nothing. My mate ordered a morreti and received an ale. As for the cocktails they were awful and incredibly weak. Left after a couple of rounds which is a shame as if the drinks were up to scratch we’d have stayed.
