Good quality food, friendly staff, speed of service good.

The food was good the service was on point but with the way Bella italia had nice me already nobody can compete right about now but this place the Gate wasn't far behind ill be back thanks enjoyed the vibes n customer service

Had a lovely meal here today with my husband and daughter. Meal was delicious and well cooked. Lovely friendly waitresses Emily and Chloe looked after us very well.

I booked a table for my birthday for myself and my work colleagues. The service was second to none. The food arrived and was well presented, hot and delicious. We had a lovely evening and were waited on by a very pleasant. young waitress. Will be coming again and will recommend it to my friends and family. Many thanks Wayne and team.

We visited the Gate Inn on a Thursday lunch time and took advantage of the special Steak+a drink which was a superb deal for £10.95 each. The portions were very good and excellent value, whilst cooked to perfection. The pub was very warming with a great atmosphere and the staff were also excellent particularly our waitress Michelle.

Food is always great here staff friendly lovely restaurant pub. Great for the family highly recommend to anyone loves there pub food .

Booked a table for 6 for Sunday lunch at 3.30pm but when we arrived the Sunday lunches had sold out so book an early slot to avoid our disappointment.

We ordered food from the standard menu and it was all well cooked with decent sized portions.

Pedigree beer was good.

Service, food and staff were amazing tonight serving all 16 of us for our annual family Christmas meal out. Cannot rate highly enough! Felt welcome and not rushed, will definitely be back! Thank you Wayne & team for putting up with us all ☺️
