Stayed here for 3 nights and paid £162 for 2 adults. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious, lovely shower, plenty of towels and some nice touches with a bottle of water, assorted biscuits, usually tea and coffee making facilities but with the added extra pod coffee maker. Room was serviced each day, the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was nice and for a small full English, toast, cereals, yogurts, fresh juice, tea or coffee it was a very reasonable price. Well done Kings Arms, Would definitely stay here again!

A great pub with a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and a fantastic place to stay.

I've stayed here a couple of times, and you won't find a cleaner, more comfortable place to stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, the showers are amazing, and the facilities are just what you need. The price is extremely reasonable, with phenomenal value for money.
The pub is a 'proper' pub, no gimmicks but a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, so that even as a woman on my own, I felt comfortable and safe. They have a big screen to show the football, and the only thing that could have improved my visit was if my team had actually managed to win their match! I can't recommend the Kings Arms any higher, I look forward to my next visit.

Lovely pub in a splendiferous location 😃 The Batemans XB Bitter was just perfect - the pub sells lots so it is terrifically freah. Please visit if you have even a slight leaning to be an ale fancier!

I checked in here at late notice (7.30pm!), but the Landlord was great, very accommodating and had a room ready for when I arrived. The pub itself is lovely - a traditional English pub with a view over the Boston windmill and a river. My room was basic, but had everything that was needed. It was spotlessly clean, warm, had crisp linen, thick towels, pod coffee maker, free WiFi and flatscreen TV. The only thing I would change is the pillows - they were a tad on the lumpy side, but then again, I am picky about bedding.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and warm. I was travelling on my own, and felt completely safe here.
The only downside (my fault) was that I didn't get a chance to sample the breakfast which is apparently lovely. Hopefully I can rectify that when I am next in Boston.

Excellent service. Bateman's XB went down well. Make a point of finding this watering hole when in Boston.

A lovely quaint Bed & Breakfast. The staff were so friendly, offering to help us with our bags upstairs, considering we have a baby that needs lots of stuff. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy! The beds are comfy and the owner is lovely, he does a fantastic full English breakfast with proper bacon! Unlimited teas and coffees were offered and it was just a friendly atmosphere. The price is fantastic and it's worth every penny.

I'm really pleased I booked this place and would 100% stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Dear Owner - Thank you for having us and showing great hospitality. We will definitely be coming again!
