Great pub. Friendly & easy going staff. Excellent real ale & a great atmosphere. Very dog friendly.

Cracking real ale pub. At least a dozen hand-pulls plus fridges full of various beers.
Lovely locally made pork pies too.

Almost all the real ale was the pale insipid type as served in the old pack horse, the one decent beer Burton best bitter was the worst Burton best bitter I've had, the place is more like a café than a pub, tho I think it could be ok

The Wheeltapper always has a really interesting, and tasty, selection of beers and ciders. It's a lovely venue and the team are awesome.m!

Amazing collection of obscure beers and really nice staff. This is a civilised pub with a railway theme. Recommended!

Great bar, get the real feeling of it being welcome to everyone, darts, board games, good range of drinks and ales, plenty of history
