We had tried a few times to come for lunch due to the big outside area for kids to run around. Twice we turned up and the kitchen was shut, so this time we called ahead. The bar maid was not very welcoming, making us feel like an inconvenience. It was fairly quiet, a few locals but not many people eating inside. Two of our meals were lovely, portions very big. However, the 3rd meal had a very long hair mixed in with the omelette, we sent it back, and when it came back out, there was a small dog hair visible on the plate, and the omelette was raw and runny on the inside. It was a very disappointing visit and we will not be returning in the future. Such a shame as it has a lovely garden, just poor hospitality skills. Unless you’re a regular of course!

Working close by and keen for some food after epic drive from Yorkshire. A very warm welcome, a great selection of beers, and an ace menu. New owners hitting the mark. A great place!

Stopped by on our way home from a day trip for a bite to eat. Very welcoming and accomodating. Food was pretty good too

We went for a family sunday lunch. No provision for gluten allergy. The only food on the menu for gluten allergy was a chicken salad!!!!
No other options at all. Humiliation for my lovely daughter in law. How is it possible in this day . Couldnt even have a hot meal

Lovely decorated and has a relaxed feel to the decor etc. Dogs are allowed which is nice and the Guinness that I had was very good.

I visited The Horns Inn over the New Year weekend. The food was great, and the staff were very friendly. Particularly Dan and Liam who were very helpful.
Decor was nice, and the garden definitely is going to be a nice space in the summer. Dog friendly too so will definitely visit again.
Thank you everyone! Good job.

Went in here for lunch on a weekend. It's a very cosy pub and we got to sit by a roaring fire place. The staff were friendly and the food was pleasant and exceptionally well presented.
