Incredibly good food, a warm welcome from the staff in a cosy old school pub. The chef is an absolute god. Decent taps and casks and a good selection of liquors. Go now!

Ideally placed for the pub when you have two campsites close by, good selection of beers 🍻 and food ,plenty of outdoor seating 💺 at the back and outfront to watch all the passers by. Always good at the end of a walk 🚶‍♂️.

Walked here from campsite. Nice beer garden and lovely food. Had green curry and was excellent, tasted freshly cooked with lots of chicken. Was informed everything is home cooked. Friendly staff and Sebastian was very good.

Went on a Friday at the end of September. Got there at opening time and no shock it was quiet. Very nice and (dog) friendly staff. Booked table for evening. Varied menu catering for most tastes. I had a very good curry. By the evening (for us;18:30) it was pleasantly bustly. If we holiday in the area again we will definitely revisit.

We are staying at caravan site down road. Rang, booked for 6.30 and walked down. What a lovely welcome and for Mollie our dog too. Great service, fab atmosphere, amazing food and good value for money. Well done and thank you.

A very nice afternoon was had at the Edisford Bridge pub, we popped in for a drink and ended up staying for what can only be described as an amazing Sunday lunch. The roast beef was excellent and the a very good portion size. The front of house were very attentive and friendly and the owner made a point of coming over to say hello and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Well worth a drive out or dropping in if your in the area… thanks again and we’ll done Zoe and Tony we will be back again

Booked a table. Advised food would be 30 minutes from taking menu choice an hour and half later.inedible food was served! The lovely young waitress was run off her feet- cleaning tables serving food and drink.. she couldn’t apologise more! The manager was not available when we raised our complaint. The chef should be utterly ashamed serving food not fit for consumption! Shocking !

Nice place for a drink, large car park and a variety for sale at the bar. The only reason I'm knocking off a star was the damp/water on the Ladies' Toilet's floor. However lovely place!
