Nice, clean old style pub/restaurant.
Wood beam low ceilings farm house style decor.
Child friendly with outdoor seating and play area, bird cage outside, tree house.

Food is average, IMHO opinion just way too hot, I can assume its microwaved its so hot and my steak and Kidney pudding was hard on base and edges.

Average food mains price £11 dessert £6.

Good amount of parking.

Lovely pub. Home cooked food. Nice and relaxing with plenty of trinkets. Big fish and chips. Great service. Big puddings.

Nice place with great atmosphere for families, good beers and friendly staff. They have got little playground for kids and also big birdcage with fancy birds. Highly recommended.

Love it here. We sat in the garden as the weather was lovely. The kids enjoyed the tree house and the aviary. Very nice staff & pub 😊

You step back old fashioned style inside but staff friendly helpful and good people skills which sometimes lack in larger gastro pubs ! large portions most importantly Hot and homemade ... definitely not a drive past pub for food ..also good veggie options ! Thank you Yew Tree

I absolutely loved this pub,
I haven't been there for many years.
It was better than I remembered,
There are so many artifacts to look at, it was like being in a museum come Aladins cave.
The staff where friendly, the fire was roaring and cozy.
Food was excellent, well presented and plentiful,
Really good value for money, with reasonable prices.
I will be more of a regular in the future.
