We seem to always be unlucky when we come here. The kids wanted to play and eat so seemed like a good choice at the time. When we came in alot of what we wanted on the menu wasn't available, I understand these things can happen but perhaps a sign on the door or a sign up would be better. Then alot of the sauces were unavailable for the chicken sizzler which is what we finally went with after the rest we wanted was unavailable. So my mum asked if we could have sweet chilli and the guy at the till said yes he could do that but didn't notify us that he would be charging for this which seemed ridiculous after everything else was unavailble. Anyway the food arrived the kids food was ok they ate it and the chicken skewers on peppers we're nice on ours but the chips were far and few on the plate we're cold and the onion rings we got with our adult meals were inedible. I would be embarrassed to serve that and I was insulted to receive that. They looked like they had been sat out for days. Noone came over to check if our meal was ok. My mum was wondering round trying to find someone to notify them of the onion rings so we could change them. After 10 minutes she went up to the bar in the end as there was noone else around and asked for more onion rings. Again they came and even the guy looked embarassed and said I don't know if these will be much better. They weren't. We had to then ask for our deserts 3 times, they came and all the ice cream was already melted, again we complained and we spoke to a lovely chap Brandan who was very apologetic and tried to help where possible. He bought out fresh deserts and the kids were happy. He was very helpful and friendly and gave us the review card to leave our experience of the day. Most the staff wondered round like zombies but Brandan was a bright and bubble character who wanted to help. It's a shame the food experience was so bad but the kids did enjoy playing in the play area. However we did want some drinks in the play area but the coffee machine was broken! We also bought a pass for the play area but noone asks when ordering about the pass for the discount so missed out on that to! Overall not the best experience, more of a headache then it's worth.

Terrible. Slow service, floor staff with attitude and disgusting toilets.
Came here for a quiet drink mid afternoon with some friends to catch up.
Sat on a table with empty plates which wasn't cleaned up for over an hour, you've got some members of staff dragging their feet, which give the feel they don't want to really be there, when you can tell others are running around attempting to picking up slack.
When asking a member of staff to clean the table as pointing out the plates had been there an hour the reply, "yeah cheers mate".
Toilets which have urine over the floor and haven't been check for 2days prior.

Will not be returning.

I have previously had okay food at this restaurant, however the all day breakfast I was served up today was at most a 3/10. There was a lack of care put into the food, such as cold beans, my toast was served 15 minutes after my food and when this was bought out it was cold and burnt. Improvement is definitely needed going forward.

Marzena was very helpful today. She cleaned the table straight away as we sit down. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us. Very friendly and always smiling. Thank you!

Don’t know their own menu. Every dish served missing and item or not cooked properly. Think it might be worth revisiting the spec book and your cook matrices with the team to ensure what you sell is what you actually serve. Mains and desserts simply not correct or as advertised

Haven't been for quite some time and probably won't be going back. We used to prefer the adults only bar purely because we hate kids running round or screaming the place down also it was a comfortable place. This area is still there but the comfortable seating has been replaced with high chairs for adults! It's all stools and benches for giants.
Tried to order food but the meal I chose they didn't have all the ingredients so we didn't bother and instead went somewhere else

Food was OK, mostly because we were starving and needed a quick bite. Service was OK, but by no means friendly. There was a group of adults with kids who were so loud and swearing that the whole pub was staring. The kids (and parents) felt it was absolutely fine for them to run around the pub and roll around on the floor on the main gangway. Not one member of staff asked them to be quieter. The toilets were a joke. The kids of said party had thrown tissue every where and had a bubble party with the soap. The disabled toilet had a shower curtain up for a door!!! Shocking. Will not be back again!

Not such a good menu for veggies, some things on the menu they were not able to give but still took orders for it and something different came, my sons 'meal 'came 3 times before the staff said that what he ordered wasn't available!. The ladies loos were absolutely disgusting 2 were completely out of order with no doors and a sheet in front of them, another was filthy the accessible one was filled with soggy paper all in all not nice! A place we won't be going to again.
