The beer garden is great, gets sun the whole day and have lots of tables. The drinks were fine but our biggest mistake was eating here. Do not do it. It’s not worth the money. We had steak and ale pie and a beef burger (about £13/14)… it was as bland as anything, we couldn’t finish it. Most the items we wanted on the menu wasn’t available either. Just go for drinks and leave the food 🙁

Location and the pub are grate. Very disappointed about customer service. The waitress he has repeatedly sinned of arrogance and indifference. Food arrived an hour later for three of four of us and not the best.

Lovely old fashion looking pub. Called in at lunchtime after a walk. The size of the pub is good and has a large garden. The staff were friendly, but sadly the kitchen was closed, which is usually the case with most pubs now at lunchtime in the present financial climate. Hopefully things will get better eventually otherwise we are going to loose so many of our lovely country pubs.

Absolutely amazing place. The local Pub to Otford is back. Went to this absolutely stunning pub with my family recently. Had absolutely amazing service has amazing new managers that made the whole place feel so welcoming. Food was great. The roast dinners are from another planet and absolutely amazing. Burgers are stunning. Great kids menu. Great menu overall could not fault for a local pub. Will be definitely coming again. Had a great atmosphere. Nice to see busy once again! 10/10
Dog friendly, clean, stylish, cosy local pub, real fireplace, warm and inviting!

Our first & only visit to the bull.
Firstly we let go how rude the staff was, we turn't up at around 2:45pm and came through the back entrance and started looking at the food menu.

Staff could see our arrival and the fact we ordered drinks in which NO ONE told us to put our registration in a machine, but was perfectly fine telling us they where still serving food as we entered only to tell us 10 minutes later the kitchen had closed.

A week later we received a parking fine, in which we appealed as our first visit and coming through a back entrance you would expect to be informed about this.

Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

We loved this place! The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and wonderful atmosphere. The garden would be brilliant in the summer.

But due to staffing shortages we waited nearly 2 hours for food as delicious as it was.

9 of us went for coffee at midday. The first coffees were left to cool while the rest were being poured. Consequently, the drinks were not as hot as they should have been. The last two people of the group had to wait ages to be served as there was only one member of staff serving customers while ?the manager? went round lighting candles..... The huge plus point is that dogs are allowed!

Consistently understaffed and unable to deliver a seamless ordering experience.

Dishes are frequently off, allergy information is hidden in an app and staff don’t feel able to help with tricky choices. One even told us she wasn’t allowed to tell us what was in each dish. Sorry, but if staff don’t know what’s in the food then there is a problem! Tell them, and let them pass it on.

Management have a great asset in the building and the food, when it arrives, is great. They need to ensure an extra person is available to make the front of house experience more pleasant.
