What an excellent meal! Great food. We had fish, pasta and Moroccan lamb. The local beer was also excellent.

A hidden gem high on the hill, outdoor seating, sea views and a cosy interior.

Had dinner & a pint here. Great menu options, good prices, excellent meal! Lovely view of the beach, but much quieter than other pubs on the High Street. Glad we found it!

Very traditional old pub.
As contractors only in the area overnight we were lucky enough to find this place.
Had a good meal and a couple of pints.
If chain pubs are your thing this might not be for you.
If however, like me, your of an age to remember when pubs had history and individual character then you'll soon feel at home.
I'm pretty sure the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us that evening in absolutely shocking weather. So bad in fact that virtually everything else in the area closed early.
I doubt I'll ever get the chance but I'd love to visit on better, busier ,evening enjoy a drink or two.
So on behalf of two very tired, wet and bedraggled contractors who stumbled across this little gem on a stormy Wednesday night thank you

Probably the most miserable bar steward ever met. Such a pretty pub after a long climb up slope from sea front but so unwelcoming! Was made to feel like we had intruded somehow. There was a whist game going on in the corner so feel maybe this is a locals only pub. Sat outside and enjoyed the view. Left after 1 drink. Wouldn't return.

Great off the main road watering hole! Fab view from the outside terrace! Good food menu (didn't get to try food) and looked good when served to another table ;-).
