Old Pack Horse

Loved to Chapel-en-le-firth about 5 months ago and after trying a couple of the local pubs we went into the Old Pack Horse . We were made to feel welcome by the Landlord/lady, staff and locals .
If you want to visit a brilliant friendly place with excellent atmosphere and fantastic drinks then this is then place .

Average pub, nice decorations, bit of a miserable bar man. We expected a lot more from the amazing reviews, but it seems they might not be genuine.

Very friendly owner/landlord. Quality drinks and great service from the bar staff. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Very cosy, open plan seating area.

Good service, excellent beer recommended.

Great pub , great hosts, very friendly, a pleasure to go in playing darts , good set of lads, made very welcome.

Nothing bad to say, lovely staff.

A lovely pub friendly people, a fire. Ladies toilets has lots of things a lady may need, very thoughtful of the owners and not seen in many places.

Good pub good atmosphere friendly people not been in there for awhile but will go back again .
