We had our engagement party at the Arkstars lovely event venue next door. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The manager Ross helped us with every aspect of the event even down to creating bespoke cocktails for our pink theme. Caitlin and Cain were so patient and nothing was too much trouble letting us come and view the venue several times for planning.
They gave us loads of time to decorate the venue and helped moving heavy furniture and chairs. We can't thank the staff enough.
All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. I would 100% reccomend if you are looking for a party venue

Had my engagement party here and the staff were incredible. They allowed us to transform the event space to look like an outdoor festival with artificial grass and fairy lights and flowers. The Manager Ross was very attentive and advised the best cocktails to pre orders and the set up and delivery on the night was amazing.
Also the bar staff cain and caitlyn were also very attentive and helpful from allowing us to set up 2 days prior to serving all our guests and managing the event on the day.

I absolutely love this venue and cant wait to go back with friends.
I would defo recommend for private events.

Great venue. Have been to both the pub AND the event space. The pub is lovely, serves a great pint and had a REALLY good quiz, when I went.

The event space, is an AMAZING venue. I was there for a party, there was a great DJ, awesome cocktails, and I danced the night away.

There should definitely be used more as a party space. Maybe weekly ;)

Attended this venue for the first time for a private event and had a fantastic night. The ambience and bespoke decorative design was amazing. The DJ kept the vibe going all night and there wasn't one cocktail that I didn't enjoy. Most importantly the staff from security to behind the bar were very attentive and respectful. I have no doubt that anyone who books a private event here for any occasion will not be disappointed.

Recently went to a private function, beautiful engagement. Decor was stunning, music was a mixed variety to suit all and the Dj smashed it, and everyone was dancing.
All drinks were 10/10. The cocktails were elegant and classy and taste incredible. Beautiful location and venue. Highly recommended. I loved how everyone was welcomed. Hospitality was excellent. I will definitely be returning again.

Popped on way to Holloway Station and just before station my eye caught the umbrellas and relaxed atmosphere of groups in tables outside. Pleasant surroundings inside. Built in old railway arches u think. Very friendly barman 'Adrian' who was local and made me feel welcomed as I was reminiscing (sadly as nearly everything had changed) of my childhood days about 50yrs ago!!! And he commented re his parents having been in the area around my time. Relaxing yet quirky shape and functional, seemed perfect of all age groups. Good luck to them.

❤️ An excellent locals pub built in to a railway arch.

The Arkstar pub is located up Holloway Road and just a stones throw away from Emirates Stadium. Holloway Road Tube is literally next door.

This pub is built in to a railway arch below the tracks that feed into Kings Cross Station. The decor here is simple and the ambiance has an almost bomb shelter feel which is due to the setting. The pub goes back a long way and has high backed comfy sofas on either side. The bar is long and stretches down the left hand side of the pub. There is a pool table at the back and lots of big screens showing live sports. At the front and the rear of the pub are benches if you fancy imbibing alfresco.

The beer choice is a mix of local and continental brews plus two cask. I kept it simple and decided on a pint of Estrella which was served in a plastic glass as The Arsenal were playing at home that evening. My pint was good and cost less than a fiver, result!

I visited here on my way to see the Arsenal v Bødo Glimpt game. The pub was busy with fans having a few liveners before the match. The atmosphere was great and there was a nice local feel about the place. The staff were great and service was prompt and efficient.

The @arkstarpubn7 is part of the @anticpubs stable of pubs. This pub suddenly closed just before the new year and its not clear why. It would be an absolute shame if this pub doesn’t reopen as it is loved locally and by visiting Arsenal fans, stay tuned boppers.
