Lovely little pub set in the fields and alongside the canal. Food is nice and good value for money. Good selection of draught beers and ciders and an Ale of the week.
Good seating outside and a TV inside showing sports. Dog friendly too

Amazing food, great beer, perfect service and to top it off, a fantastic location! Stopped here for lunch and already looking forward to coming back again!

Smashing spot with a lovely view after a walk nearby. The pub's a cosy gem. We only had chips and a pint but will return as the food looked good. A nice welcome, good range of brews and a relaxing atmosphere were also plus points.

Loved it! We were made to feel very welcome. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The beer selection also satisfied my husband so The Crown was an all round winner!

Shame we didn't have the dog with us. Very cute, walker and dog friendly pub. Pleasant staff and interesting interior, so much to see, get inspired and learn from. Would recommend.

14/721: Such a beautiful sunny day definitely merited a wonderful pint of ale.. Walked over to the Crown Inn from the visitors moorings by Alvechurch Marina and it was worth it. Met two wonderful local chaps sitting outside the main entrance and decided to sit at another table here as well... Lovely friendly staff and had a fantastic chilled pint of Abbot's ale...and another was had later on to wash down my cheese and onion crisps. Didn't have a meal but judging from all the people outside in the outdoors seating area as well as the tables outside the main entrance, definitely think a meal here is most certainly on the list next time we moor up here again. Will recommend the Crown Inn to all the canal boaters as a definite pub to visit when chugging through this area. Thanks to all the staff for great service and a fantastic well kept pint of Abbot ale...

Lovely cosy and welcoming pub with a log burner, right by the canal in Alvechurch. Serves food with a great set menu. Not tried the food yet but I did have a packet of seasonal crisps with my Guinness.
