The Red Lion, Sundon

I took a group of Boogie Bounce customers here for a Christmas Party and we had a great time. The food was amazing - well cooked and very plentiful. Traditional Christmas turkey dinner and a good range of other options too. Loads of beautifully cooked vegetables served separately.
The pub has just had a complete makeover and looks amazing, including a wonderful display of Christmas ties. There is a challenge to find the ones that play music. It's worth a visit to the pub just to see the huge collection.
I would highly recommend a visit here. We really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. It's has a cosy and friendly feel and the hosts Cedric and Elaine made us feel very welcome.

Lovely local village pub. Lovely staff who are very friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing we have been for lunch twice now and loved both meals both a great size. Lovely outdoor area to. Very reasonably priced.

1st time at the Red Lion, both of us had Sunday roast, absolutely fantastic freshly cooked, great selection, good size portions.. would definitely recommend this friendly, traditional establishment. Staff very attentive.. great find

Great local pub with a very friendly welcome and small, well-executed menu. We had Sunday roast, with very generous portions and a choice of beef, chicken or lamb. The chef also very kindly sorted out a gluten-free dessert.

Brilliant fresh food served with enthusiasm, just the way you ask for it. I love coming here with my family with my friends and with my choir group. Wonderfully community spirited team of staff brilliantly lead by Cedric. You’ll be sure to have a great time here
