A proper pub with excellent beers, fantastic management and staff. It's good to find a pub still interested in keeping some form of community spirit alive that doesn't include having TV sets blaring constant sports coverage, but encourages conversation in a relaxed, intimate setting.
A gem of a village pub.

Service is good but was disappointed as they do not sell food. After a few rounds of alcohol I felt for food even spicey wings but was told there's none. Most pubs nowadays at least sell food if people need to. The environment though is good and staff are friendly. Enough parking space and also closer to the shops if one needs to pop around for food.

The Bell used to be my local when I lived I Bosleys Orchard, number 9 to be exact way back in 1970-1976 and it was a great pub then and everyone I spoke to back then spoke very well of it and by the sound of these reviews it continues to be so. Long may it continue. Grove was a lovely place then and hopefully it still is.

Very cosy and welcoming local pub. Nice beer garden out the back. Had a few ales here and all were well kept. Nice spot overall!

Friendly landlord and staff. Purpose of visit was sad as a celebration of a friends life who had suddenly passed away. Well looked after by everyone and even closed pub off especially for us. Food was plentiful and good.

I was there for the second Sunday slow folk music session at 2:30. A great chance to play tunes and drink beer - what's not to like?

Good Proper old pub. Quality Ales, and great fun for the occasional live band night.
