Lovely little village pub. Not been here since 2015, great to see it again. Nice warm welcome, I will be back again sometime

We have been going to The Swan at Milton most Sundays as lunchtime with our dog Harper and always thankful for the glass of ice she always gets on arrival! Because of the great atmosphere, good choice of drinks, wine being exceptional! Manager and staff are so friendly and always take time to say hello. But, today we tried the delicious tapas food which not only came out very quickly it was served on a beautiful slate and tasted amazing! Very good value for money too. I can’t recommend this pub highly enough to anyone. A very big thankyou

We pop in regular with the dog, lovely and friendly, and we won a meal for 2at the 1year night. I rang to ask if we could use the voucher and sit outside with our dog, we got there last night, a lovely table set for us, outside. The food was just lovely, and the service amazing. Thank you so much we had a lovely evening. Xx

First time I've ever been and will definitely be going back. Could not fault one part of our experience, food and drink were all delicious and fresh, service was absolutely exemplary and the setting and atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and rustic. Absolutely loved it.

The Swan at Milton is favourite of ours from dropping by after a long dog walk for a drink to evenings out. We most recently popped in for a Sunday roast. The food was exceptional, beautifully cooked with an abundance of vegetables to accompany the locally sourced roast beef. I am particular about Sunday roasts, this did not disappoint.
To top it off the staff are very friendly, attentive & the atmosphere is really cosy!

The photos of roast dinners on social media looked really good so we decided to give it a go, we weren't disappointed. The portions were huge and the variety of veg was good, cauliflower cheese as well - my favourite! It's obvious that good quality products are used, the food was cooked well and presented nicely. (Pity I forgot to take a pic) The staff were friendly and attentive and I got the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble. Only one small downside and that is that the dining room was quite cold, this wouldn't stop us going back but next time we will go for the second lunch sitting rather than the first and hopefully the room will have warmed up a little.

Read a newspaper review of this pub/restaurant so my wife and I decided to book a table on 4 Jan 23.
First impressions was that it was a lovely restaurant area and a good old pub bar next door. The team were very friendly and welcoming and created a very nice first impression. The menu is very good with a good selection of cuisine. Both my wife and I ordered starters and main course. To be honest we were both astonished by the excellent quality of the food. It was that good we both said it was bordering on fine dining. This has been a great find for us in our local area. Having lived in the area for nine months, visited many restaurants local to us this is by far the best quality food we have tasted. Definitely one to visit and we will definitely be back especially when you see the fantastic reviews given to the Sunday Lunches. Thank you Oliver (Owner) first class experience for Bev and I
