Nice friendly pub. At last someone is serving all day breakfast. Good, fresh food. Tv for sports and parking.

We have just called into this wonderful pub on our journey home from a holiday, we were made so welcome by the landlady that came and sat with us outside but without being intrusive at all, told us all about the village and all the community things they do. Our lunch was really nice, everything well presented and delicious . Highly recommend this country pub for food and the welcome.

On arrival we ordered drinks and were asked if there was anything else. I replied we would like to eat. We were handed a menu and took a table. After choosing our meals we returned to the bar to order our food only to be informed that food was no longer available! Apparently because the kitchen closed at 7.45pm. At no point between ordering our initial drinks and trying to order some food ( approximately 12 minutes) were we informed that the kitchen was going to close. I feel that at some stage we might have been told we should order. We were surprised and shocked at this treatment.

However The White Horse, nearby, was very accommodating.

Nice little pub. Friendly staff. Decent food at a very reasonable price. My only qualm was the milkshakes were totally bland. Everything else was great. Recommended

Great local pub serving real ales from Hook Norton. Meals and snacks are reasonably priced. There is a car park and three Aunt Sally pitches outside.

Nice pub... friendly staff. Good selection of beers.. Sausage rolls were really good too

First time visit with local relatives found staff warm and welcoming. Will definitely be returning
