Great place and even better atmosphere in this village pub. Great cold beer very refreshing especially with the weather like this. Absolutely loved it and recommend to visit. People are great, everyone so friendly and felt very welcomed. Landlords and staff doing their job very well, no matter how busy it is they always smiling. Was very surprised and pleased for landlord to put a free jukebox for us when I asked to change some notes for it. Great stuff!!!

Very big beer garden area, car park and there is a kids playground at the back so it’s very good for family with kids. Also pets friendly. Cozy inside, juke box and lots of entertainment planned (posters inside for a month ahead); and actually when I checked their social media pages they have a lot planned and everything up to date. Good variety of fresh drinks and friendly staff. Lovely time spent in the garden and definitely will visit again.

The Land Lord and Lady are absolutely wonderful. The pub always has a welcoming atmosphere, great cheap drinks, plenty of space to chose seating inside and out! Perfect pub for locals and none in Borrowash! 100% would recommend:)

Amazing pub to visit bear in mind it's the only one pub in the village. Always friendly and smiling staff and a lot of different kind of entertainment in place. Nice ciders - that's what I like the most. Clean toilets and all the area overall. Big beer garden good for lonely visitors or big companies. Children and pets friendly and secure kids area at the end of the car park. Highly recommend to visit because that's the place to be!!!

Amazing! Great pub with huge selection of finest beers. Tidy inside and outside area with a decent size car park. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Loved every second of my stay. Definitely recommend! It’s My favourite pub now.

What a pub. I’ve been coming in here for years and now… it’s fantastic. Warm friendly welcoming. The landlady is great very polite and nothing is too tough for her. The pub is clean and tidy the whole outside area including the car park is spacious and the entertainment programme is ace. The best thing is that the Nags Head accommodates families. Long may this continue.

Lovely friendly family pub. The Landlord and Landlady are truly the loveliest people and nothing is to much trouble for them,I celebrated my birthday and they went out of there way to make it special for me and me and my friends had a fantastic evening thanks to you both💞x

Bar staff is very friendly in this pub and it’s the best pint of Thatchers I ever had honestly :) Very welcoming, nicely decorated for the festive season. Every day something happening, entertainment, quiz nights, games and raffles. Great atmosphere and I love to come here either alone, with family or friends. Landlords are always here and make you feel a part of the family. Love it. Get down here and you won’t be disappointed :)))
