Fabulous food by Chef Tristan and lovely atmosphere very friendly. We were served by Chloe and very reasonable priced food and drinks. Highly recommended.

They just keep getting better and better. With the football back on, they are smashing it, great atmosphere and service every time!

Such a great pub and the friendliest staff we’ve ever met. The table service during the quiz was great and getting us to buy bottles to keep our table going was a nice touch. Food was the best it’s ever been, massive improvements lately and we almost won the quiz!

What a very lovely pub in the centre of Taunton the staff management and extremely helpful very polite.
The food was extremely great size meal value for money and all home cooked.
I will definitely be returning again and will recommend this lovely place for a quality meal and nothing was over priced.

Came back again and as usual, great service and sports atmosphere.
Football is back and they have new big screens so even better now! Staff still amazing and still the best pub food around. Great place to come and watch sports and grab a bite to eat with friends and family.

Came for a meal with my son and had a great time! The food was served in a reasonable time even though it was really busy and the food was absolutely amazing. Great value for money as well. The service from the whole team was fabulous and they couldn’t have looked after us any better. The table service was a really nice touch, which meant we didn’t have to wait at the bar at all. Highly recommend this pub and will be back lots more.

From when we went to the bar to order it went from bad to worse, although the staff member was very nice I feel like it was her first day and didn't know what she was doing. I ordered a pint which was flat and when I said it was the staff member was told to pour the same beer into another glass which as a person with many years of working in bars is somewhat ridiculous and did not work. After getting a proper pint the food was also on another level, and not a good one, especially the sticky toffee pudding with not sauce and was not offered proper custard, but vegan custard we as a group of 5 had two napkins between us which as you can imagine is not enough for 5 people. As a visitor to the town I will not recommend this pub.
