Great food, I would just say slightly over priced, if food was slightly cheaper I would be more of a regular. Pizza 11,50, burger 11 (without chips), chips 4 or 6 pounds. So about 20 a head with drinks, and I would say that is dear for a pub food outing. Great inside and nice vibe. Food deals - two burgers on a Monday for 5 (without chips) 5 pizza on another day, but only margarita or pizza with no tomato.

Would recommend, good staff.

Stopped in here by chance as they’re dog friendly and expected the food could be fine. Expectations totally blown out of the water.
They pretty much do burgers and pizza and whooooah baby was it good. Holy balls. No photo as was too busy inhaling it like Kirby

The pizza was quite nice. It would be improved by not burning the base. My girlfriend (who is Italian and a pizza guru) said it needed more cheese and the correct type of olive. She also said something along the lines of Neapolitan pizzas having a thicker crust. I think she’s being too picky for a generalist restaurant in Oxford.
9/10 would go again.

Update: I had the pizza again and this time it was cooked to perfection. The coffee was also really good.

Very cool. Superb service and range of beers. Food was gorgeous but not cheap.

3 stars as its normally great! But times like tonight it's been god awful.. I had asked for a kids vegan pizza but received a normal cheese pizza even though I had asked for VEGAN due to milk allergies. They put non vegan dips with the pizza which had spilt onto the pizza contaminating it. The chips were chewy but also crunchy like they had been left in the fryer. The chicken in the burgers was also overly chewy but not pink( thankgod) the only good thing was to recieve from the order was some free chips as a consolidation for the pizza.. but even they weren't that great.

It's a utter shame that this happens as it is normally great and the staff are friendly. I must say that staff are not consistent and don't seem to last. You have trouble identifying them at best as they wear casual clothes and no name badges..is if hard to make staff appear to be staff?

When we sit in the pub to eat it is great but everytime we order online things seem to get messed up or blatantly ignored even serious request such as alletgies.

Things need to change or a proper manager needs to take control

Really nice pub. Buffalo wings and fries are the best in Oxford. Lots of drink choices too.

Craft and cask ales. Good pub food (pizza, burgers, dirty fries etc). Beers by Arkels despite it be Dodo ales. No food after 2.30 until evening.

Great pub with friendly staff but I can only give the beer 3 stars. Little Ox Wipeout is better.
