Really lovely food, atmosphere and service. Only thing that wasn't perfect were the veggie sausages were super dry (but edible)

Proper pub with a good range of beers, although mainly Greene King. Good service from staff and a really nice outside courtyard area. Shaded, but ideal on some of the evenings we've had recently!
Lovely tapas food - the lamb sliders were outstanding! Book to avoid disappointment as they have a small kitchen. Well worth a visit!

We just turned up for Sunday lunch with no reservation and were instantly made welcome even though other parties were expected. We ordered and ate a superb Sunday lunch accompanied by a fine and varied selection of beers. What more could anyone ask! We will be back!

Being a regular at this pub only to be called last orders for everyone at 6 in the evening due to a private function is wrong. Kick in the teeth for the regulars. 99% off staff are great food really good but Greene king prefer profit 💴💴💴 than their regulars who kept the pub going through-the last few years That’s me done not going there again.

We stayed closed to this pub on an Airbnb little house and it became our usual pub.
We remembered it from previous visit and it was still the same cosy atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Good choice of beers. The tapas English style is a good concept and the food tasty.
A lively lovely place to go for a drink and/or some small bites.

New review time.
Visited today for a drink and roasts for me and the Mrs. Very friendly staff and the roasts were delicious! I had the Pork belly and the good lady had chicken. Roast pots, roasted carrots and parsnips were spot on and the gravy proppa tasty!
Yum, yum, looking to return very soon 😋
Also, we love the pub, the good ole traditional decor, excellent range of drinks, just feels right! I wish I lived nearer.... Thanks guys and girls

I loved the rust dinner, paid around 37£ for a tapas (squid as starter) and 2 rust dinners. Really good price, staff and the best part it's cozy.

Lovely pub, good size and accommodating for families. Nice selection of beer on and rather sizeable beer garden courtyard, offers more seclusion than in the city centre but just a stone throws away. Bar Billiards table plays very nicely, pop your head in you won’t be disappointed.
