Went in early for a few drinks and we all sat at the bar. Barman really friendly. We had lovely meal later on. Excellent choice of ales & whisky.

I'm tour guide and I use to stop here in my tours. If my groups wanted lo lunch I always recomend to join me in The Bothy.
Good balance quality/price, clean, correct and nice staff.

This place does a great job at feeding bus loads of turists good hot food on a tight time schedule. I could never do it. We did the "Tours bus" tour of Loc Ness including a 1hr boat tour. It was cold raining and we are hungry. So were lots of others. This place is right next to the boat dock and are there for you, they smile, are happy to see you and serve really good hot food quickly you so you can "make that 1pm boat". The Haggis portiion was so huge we could not eat it all and that is saying something for me!

Had three meals in here this week. All brilliant. The steak pie is amazing and huge. And tried the pork and apple burger, which was yummy and great value. Had chocolate cake which was huge. Prices of the food are great
Staff helpful and friendly

Stopped off for dinner. Staff were really friendly and made it a pleasure to be there. Food had generous portions and price was reasonable. Steaks seemed quite expensive compared to other items so we avoided those. Meme was limited but has most tastes covered. I was disappointed that the special I chose was sold out so had to go with a second choice main.

The food was a little bland but still quite nice. If there was a little more seasoning and the first choice was available for the main it would easily be a five star.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten. I don’t really know why it has so many stars and actually We were baited by that. The food was trash and the veggies not even cooked. To be honest most of the food was not cooked. The haggis was horrendous and we couldn’t even touch it as it probably cooked from a can(fun fact is that I am a meat lover). The chicken was dry with a slice of cheddar on top and microwaved. I give it one star because the waiters were very kind. Please do not go and eat there.. the food was disgusting and the reviews are misleading.

Nice little pub, it is in the centre of the village, so very easy to find and convenient for a quick lunch break.
The menù is not huge but offers all the classic pub dishes, we tried the haddock and chips and it was nice, quite a big portion as well.
The staff has been friendly and really quick during the service (we were with an organised tour and didn’t have much time to eat), also the atmosphere inside is nice and cozy, which a heater and a tv.
Another pro were the super clean toilets.

This place had really fresh meat. I had fish and chips with veggies, my partner had salmon with veggies and both weren't disappointed. Pleasntly surprised with the freshness of the food quality.
