Fantastic local pub at the heart of Caerphilly and opposite the Castle. Friendly locals and staff, who make everyone feel welcome. Our band plays here and it is an excellent live music venue. Would recommend a visit.

Cheapest drinks in town,, nice relaxing pub, clean too,, good singers karaoke nights. No food served.

Where the other reviewers get off calling this place friendly I don't know. My partner and I have used this place quite a few times over the years and although previous managers have had problems with the pub none of them have been as rude as the current manager.we will not be going again and can see why this place is almost always empty. Also a reviewer has called this place the cheapest in town. That is far from true.

Went here for the 1st time with my girlfriend last night for karaoke night and it was absolutely 10/10. If you haven't been here before you need to hurry up and try it 😁
