An absolute dining nightmare. After having to wipe my table down with a cloth from service area , went to order ,only 1 in front of me and it still took 12 minutes lady serving kept going off and coming back randomly. Got to carvery 2 meats there ,no one in front of me but no chef . Different chefs kept coming and going from behind door looking at the food and just leaving again. I would happily have only had the beef but no one would make eye contact. Trying to get another beer ..well just left.

We've not been here before.
We didn't have a booking - which wasn't a problem.
We were seated quickly, everything was clean, service was great, food arrived quickly - nothing to complain about at all.
No loud music playing- we could hear each other speak - which was great!
We will definitely be visiting again!

Ben served me and my boyfriend and he is literally the nicest person that I have ever been served by. He was very patient with a customer before us who demanded he read the menu out of desserts even though he told her there is a menu if she wanted a look. He then served us and helped me with my blue light card stuff.
This guy is a credit to your company. As I was eating I could hear him serving others and he is just genuinely a lovely guy.

We had the standard carvery dinner, it was really good quality meat, veg and potatoes. Meat portion was plentiful (Turkey), roast and mashed potatoes, plenty of greens, carrot, etc. We had a dessert in addition, apple pie, sticky toffee pudding, and chocolate cake - all really tasty. 👍

Fantastic place with great food and brilliant staff. Shame there is not an option for six stars.

Went with a group of 20 the food came out nice and fast and the food was spot on.

Everyone enjoyed the food from carvery to pizza and burgers.

Would highly recommend and looking forward to going back

Booked for 4 at 5.45 on Sunday and had no problem seating us. We got greeted by a friendly member of staff. I liked that we could choose where we wanted to sit. Carvery was decent, much better than Toby’s, only problems I had with the place is that the selection of food was limited. No stuffing or Pigs & Blankets (Which I already paid for) maybe in future check you have certain bits of food before taking payment for them. We all cleared our plates would come back again.

Visited for breakfast this morning. Staff were lovely, very helpful and chatty as soon as we got through the door. We had a full cooked breakfast, good choice of fried bread, bacon, sausage, beans, tinned tomatoes (a favourite of mine), hash browns, black pudding and eggs, plus bread to make toast so it's fresh. It was self service and you can have as much or as little as you like. It was hot and perfectly cooked. As our plates were cleared away, we were invited to go back and help ourselves to more if we wanted it. Really good value. I look forward to going back soon.

I came this evening for a meal with my family and Ben served us from the bar.

He was very friendly, good customer service skills and was quick in taking our order. I also noticed he was brilliant with the other customers also. Will definitely return!!
