I had just travelled 400 miles by bike and was early for my boat and it was late and everywhere was closed ,I noticed a bar close by and decided this will do , I entered and thought this is a local bar for local people.
Nope I was totally wrong , this bar with these people you cannot buy this type of friendship,I was made welcome and chatted to as I was a regular, I was also offered cutlery when I enquired about food , yes go and buy some food bring it back and you're welcome to eat here . Then time came to go and near everyone said to have a good trip and handshakes from everywhere. At these days it's extremely hard to find this type of friendship, yes five stars for a welcome surprise.
I will make another trip just to call in again.

Great little pub on the edge of town, had a couple of pints of Lee's bitter it was great 👍 will be back in the near future.

Used to be the only real ale pub anywhere near the station, but I've been disappointed the last couple of times I've visited. If you've got time, head out to Bragdy Cybi for much more exciting options.

I was on a stop to Belfast from Split, Croatia and according to Gmap this bar was the one I chose based on the reviews.

It was closed apparently but when I looked in Suzan the Landlady came out and we had a decent chat about the whole situation and out of the blue she offered me a beer there. I was taken aback as I travelled for 2 days already with 2 broken ribs and was exhausted..kindness goes a long way and I we'll be definitely back when we are crossing to Wales. 5 stars

Thank you very much for such a friendly welcome earlier today. Delicious beer and lager and lovely local guests to chat to. Toilets are immaculate too!! We'll be back.
