Been here for a drink before and it was ok. Went for Sunday dinner today and it was excellent.
Plenty of meat, which was tender, and nice desert too.

Would definitely recommend

A really pleasant place to eat, food was delicious! Clean plates all round, even the children’s plates! A very friendly welcoming atmosphere. Even learnt some Welsh while we were there. Great stuff 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped off for dinner, lovely place, food was excellent, had the Lamburger which was amazing and my wife and friends loved their meals also. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Will call again next time we are in the area

We had booked a table mid week at 6.00pm and we were the only ones in for food, there was a couple of other people but they left shortly after we arrived. It was like eating in a Dr's waiting room. There was no attempt to make an atmosphere. We couldn't wait to get out. My partner ordered the meat pie which he enjoyed, I ordered fish and chips and they weren't very good. We were visiting from the local camp site and would have expected more people in but this pub is missing out. Opening hours were poor for a pub. Shame, most pubs do really well near camp sites.

Delicious pub grub from small menu. Clearly freshly cleaned and refurbished interior - plain and homely. Recommend this!

Popped into this quaint little pub on sn off chance for a snack.
Had a full meal instead, the food was fresh and tasty, and moderately priced but good value, well pleased.
Two roaring fires, contained in wood burners, made the bar areas warm and cosy, though very quite.
Only downer was the table, it was rather sticky.
Would certainly go back for another meal.

Lovely location nice and peaceful, great to sit in the beer garden on a sunny day.
The lady who served us was super friendly.
It's the only pub for a few miles if you're in the area, totally worth one or two miles walk if you get the weather for it.
