On my first visit I was impressed with quick service of food and the pensioners offer for a very good price. The only thing that went wrong was the desserts were not what was ordered but this error was corrected.
My second visit was within 2 days and I was very disappointed and shocked by the service of whom I believe is the landlady. I ordered lasagne and chips for my son but was served scampi & chips. !!! I brought this to their attention immediately but was confronted by the Landlady whom was very rude with very poor customer service and she refused to exchange the scampi to what I ordered and also the scampi that was served was no bigger than a child's portion. Very disappointed .
Today my third and final visit I ordered 4 beef dinners after ordering and was waiting for our meals we was then told there was only enough beef for three so one was turkey which was OK but would of thought this would of been told this when ordering.
The Sunday dinner that was served was again very disappointing 😞. Very small portion as per photo also there were another 3 tables in the outside area that complained about the food and had a refund .

Had a family meal midweek, the service was swift,efficient and had service with a smile!!! The staff were friendly and made the whole family feel welcome. I feel they went the extra mile to make sure our evening was enjoyable as possible.

Had lunch here today and was amazed by the food, service and customer support we received. Ordered the halloumi and genuinely one of the best pub lunches I have ever had. Thank you for making our experience so special!!

We went for my sons 1st birthday and the experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic! We were a large party of 15 and all thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the food was amazing, all staff were friendly/helpful and management is brilliant also, together they create an incredible team. We would 100% recommend the Commercial Inn Killay and cannot wait for our next visit.

Tidy pub grub, very reasonable. Noticed a senior menu which I think was £5 for 2 courses or there about, which I thought was pretty amazing in current times! Also they do a 2 meals for £12 menu, which again I thought was brilliant valueExcellent selection of drinks at the bar, large selection of draught lager, beer & cider. Nice outdoor areas, plenty of parking. Nice staff, very helpful and cheerful

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Commercial, a restaurant/pub located in the heart of killay. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience there.
