Pembrey Country Inn

Possibly the best service i have ever received. We were on holiday locally and made a spontaneous trip whilst on our way to Pembrey Country Park. From the moment we walked through the door, to being seated, to placing an order, to speaking with the chef, eating our food, paying the bill and leaving, every member of staff were so incredibly friendly. It took me about 20 minutes to decide what to eat as I wanted to try everything on the menu. My children aged 10 and 6 were also torn as "everything sounded yummy". The food was INCREDIBLE!! freshy cooked, home made and the portion sizes were impressive. I would 100% recommend for anyone to try this pub. I am certain you would be equally as impressed as us. Lastly, i must not forget to mention how reasonably priced the menu is. Hats of to the Chef and well done to all that work there...we will see you again in the future.

We visited recently with our 3 children and received such a warm welcome. The kids were treated with specially made strawberry milkshakes, which were absolutely lovely.
The food was freshly prepared and made to order. Being gluten free eating out can be really frustrating, but they were so accommodating and prepped for allergies. It was so refreshing!
The food was delicious and the children were able to have child portions from the main menu options.
We genuinely have never had such friendly and delightful service! I would highly recommend and absolutely come back to eat again. And next time I'm definitely having pudding!

We Went Saturday night the food was amazing. The staff were brilliant nothing was to much trouble so helpfully. We were a party of 6. We eat out every month and we would say we think it was one of the best meals out we have had. The drinks were spot on .Thank you the sticky toffee pudding is the best we have ever had ,thank you .

Such a great find. We were only here for a short time, but once we found this pub restaurant, we ate here both evenings remaining to us.
You couldn't find a friendlier pub, all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and really looked after us well. The owner, the chef, cooks everything freshly. The menu has great variety and the food was delicious for all 3 of us, both nights. He was happy to make changes to the menu to accommodate us and everyone was keen to ensure we had a good time. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely lovely roast dinner today with all the trimmings. A lovely place to go, with great music and you can also have your Dog dine with you. Very pleasant and friendly Staff too, would highly recommend this Restaurant.

5 of us had a roast here today.. it was 10 out of 10.. staff were friendly and welcoming food was piping hot delicious well presented and generous in portions.. would definatly recommend.. we are in Wales for a long weekend from Oxford and this pub is by far the best food of the weekend.. spot on!

Party of 12. No issues at all with taking the orders or service, they smashed it. Food was outstanding, chips were proper home style chips. Great atmosphere and friendly professional staff. Well impressed and will definitely go again

Well what a fantastic end to our day, lovely atmosphere and lovely walking in to seeing you all so friendly as always. Thanks for another wonderful meal as you can see it was a big hit for 🐻 with food. Thank you for going out of you way to make her and my other daughter something else as I know how busy you all were yesterday.
Always willing to go that extra mile as normal.
