If you spontaneously fancy a drink, DONT BOTHER as you will be told you will have to go outside as all tables are booked. Even though it was early and quiet. Very poor attitude and service 👎👎👎

What a amazing place, staff very friendly, totally make you feel at home, had a meal here and food is very good, place extremely clean, and well decorated, can only sing their praises.

Stunning food at the White Lion! I had the festive burger and my family had the carvery, clear plates all round! Perfect portions. The service wad excellent and the pub had such a warm and cosy atmosphere!

What an amazing pub! We had excellent service considering how busy it was, so many food choices and catered to all of our group. Our food was a bit slow but we were told there was a delay in service and we were happy to wait as we booked last minute! And the food was delicious. One of the best pubs we’ve been to in a while with a great atmosphere!

Warm welcome, nice atmosphere and decent pub grub. Good sized portions without being too much. Nicely cooked food and the front of the pub is cozy.

Amazing service, kind staff, tasty food and a good selection of pints. Our food was lovely and portions were perfect for a propper pub meal. Menu was great and had something for everyone. Can't rate it highly enough! A proper pub.

Went for a 70th birthday meal with a few friends and as pub meals go it gets a thumbs 👍 up.Would recommend it to anyone.
